I received a defective product, how do I go about getting a replacement?

Do you offer special promotions?

My phone broke while in one of your cases. Can you replace the phone as well?

All of our cases are subjected to extensive drop testing. However, we can’t guarantee under certain conditions that they will prevent serious damage to your phone. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant both the case and the device inside of the case. If your case is still under warranty, we are happy to replace the case itself, though.

In order to get my product under warranty, do I have to register it?

Nope! Your product has its warranty right out of the box. Make sure to save your proof of purchase and warranty information as they vary by products.

For how long does my warranty last?

Naztech is confident that our products are reliable and safe, and therefore, we offer limited warranties on all of our products. This generally depends on which product you have. Please check the manual of your product and it will tell you the details of that specific warranty.

Are all Apple Compatible products from Naztech MFi Certified?

Most of Naztech’s products that are marked Apple Compatible undergo strict screening to become MFi Certified. If a product is MFi Certified, the official Apple issued MFi icon will be displayed on the packaging (an example is below).

What is your return policy?

If the product was purchased directly from Naztech, we will accept returns up to 30 days with proof of purchase. Products purchased from our partners may be subject to their own individual warranty policies, so you may have to contact them directly as well.
